A New White House Czar?

I thought we already had a despot in the White House.

Really, the last time there was a czar, Nicholas II, things didn't work out so well either for him or his country.

Are we going to have a latter-day Joseph Stalin heading the country in the near future? Is that the takeaway message from this new position?

I think it's kind of obnoxious to have more than one personal electronic device at once, but since my campaign phone is still working, it makes sense to use it, even though my personal cell still works.
