From Here To Healing

Leaning reluctantly toward Hillary, slightly, and away from Obama. She charges through the debates like a freight train, and totally skewered Obama on his new foreign policy vis-à-vis Pakistan. She's the only one who sounds presidential and has more executive experience (albeit behind the scenes) and "Washington insider" experience than anyone. She is razor-sharp, though, and has the voice of a commander-in-chief. The others have to pretend that they aren't nervous, that they do know what they are talking about, but she really isn't, and really does, and it shows.

And I love Dennis Kucinich, I have to say. He warms my heart because he fights for what he believes in even though he knows he'll never be elected. He's such a believer and tells it like it is. He's likable.

Oh, and I'd take the nutty Mike Gravel over George W. What's-His-Face anyday, and twice on Super Tuesday.

I do wish Hillary would get a different wardrobe advisor, though. Very different.

Props to Keith Olbermann for moderating tonight's debate.

Obama pauses too much and sounds uncertain of himself onstage, though when he's delivering a prepared speech he can be mesmerizing.

Edwards uses too many packaged slogans and statements that he's clearly practiced or been coached on. Yucky. I think he's coming across as a little too folksy and not quite enough president-y, à la Hillary.
