It's "Homicide-ing" in Oakland

Another homicide was announced today, this one almost assassination-style with the assailant using a machine gun or shotgun, wearing a ski mask, and having a getaway car (sans license plates) at the ready. It sounds premeditated. It happened near Lake Merritt, too, which is a pretty popular destination.

How sad that the only thing that really caught my attention about the story is the ski mask. That's how common homicide is in Oakland.
