Not so much fun, really. When Saddam Hussein took power of Iraq in 1979(?), he convened a bunch of politicians and other influential figures in an auditorium. He began reading out names, inviting each person to "confess" whatever they had "done wrong." The person was then instructed to walk to the back of the auditorium and outside, where they were summarily executed. This was captured on an infamous video, where you could practically feel the fear radiating out of the remaining attendees of this congregation.

Really, not so much fun at all.
